Breast Care

Almost every woman regards her breasts as an aspect of beauty, a symbol of motherhood, and an ornament. For men, it is one of the most arousing parts of the female body. Both too small and less firm breasts can be the cause of worries and complexes. Therefore, proper care with suitable cosmetics designed for breast and décolletage care is essential.

This is crucial because these cosmetics have a beneficial effect on our skin. They not only smooth and protect the skin on the breasts, prevent the formation of wrinkles between the breasts, but also aim to regenerate, firm, make the skin more elastic, tighten, tone, moisturize, and nourish. They are applied with circular motions, starting from the outer side of the breasts towards the center, avoiding the nipples.

Nutrient ingredients in creams and balms retain moisture in the tissues and strengthen them. Thoroughly drying the breasts, especially from below, prevents chafing. Alternating showers - cold and warm, improve circulation and the appearance of the skin. Breast masks moisturize, strengthen, and make the skin more elastic, restoring its radiance and energy. Excessive sunbathing damages the skin of the breasts. Since breasts lack muscles, they are particularly susceptible to sagging. Therefore, they poorly tolerate weight fluctuations, such as rapid weight gain or loss. Exercising improves blood circulation to the breasts and tones the torso muscles. Applying slices of fresh cucumber slightly brightens and refreshes the skin. Dry skin ages faster and wrinkles appear sooner. Dark discolorations can be reduced with a whitening cream. Peeling prepares the skin to absorb active substances. The choice of a bra significantly affects the appearance of the breasts. A properly chosen one ensures that the breasts remain firm and shapely. A bra that is too small may cause the breasts not to fit into the cups and may even permanently deform them. The appearance of the breasts is influenced by the aging of the skin, weight loss diets, pregnancy, or menopause. However, every woman, regardless of age, can have not only beautiful but above all, healthy breasts.

Get to know your breasts and learn how to examine them. From the age of twenty, examine them regularly, every month (preferably between the 7th and 10th day of the menstrual cycle, counted from the first day of menstruation).

Trust Your Hands

When you notice something concerning, go to the doctor immediately.

80% of breast changes in women are detected by themselves or their partners.

Not every lump is cancer.

Even if you don't see any concerning changes yourself, have your breasts checked by a doctor.

After the age of 35, have a mammogram.

Early-detected breast cancer is curable, and a lump can be removed while preserving the breast.

Between the thumb and the other fingers, squeeze each nipple in turn. Check if any fluid is emitted. Women over 40 should have a mammographic examination every 2-3 years; if changes are detected, an additional ultrasound examination is necessary. After the age of 50, a mammogram should be performed once a year.

Mammographic examinations can be performed

In public Healthcare Institutions for free.

In other facilities, examinations may be partially or fully paid.

It is recommended that women adhere to the appropriate schedule of mammographic examinations according to the doctor's recommendations or health organizations, such as the American Cancer Society or the European Society of Radiology (ESR). The schedule may vary depending on age, family history, and other risk factors. Remember that mammography is just one diagnostic tool, so regular breast self-examination and monitoring of breast health by a doctor or women's health specialist are also important. All these actions aim to ensure the earliest possible detection of breast cancer and improve healthcare.

It should be remembered that every body is different, so breast care may vary depending on individual needs and health conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about the health of your breasts, consult with a doctor or women's health specialist.
